2026 JAR National Conference is held at Horseshoe Las Vegas, located on the Las Vegas Strip, from May 4–5, 2026. Enjoy discounted hotel rates by booking your room when you register. Rates and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will sell out. Details are included in your registration confirmation email.
To enjoy the full conference event, at a minimum, we recommend arriving by Sunday evening (May 3rd) to attend the start of the conference on Monday at 8 AM, and departing on Wednesday morning at the earliest.

Yes. All attendees must purchase a ticket and register in advance to attend and participate in the JAR National Conference.
Your registration includes full access to both days of the conference, including all main stage agent trainings. Attendees will also receive an attendee bag with JAR-branded merchandise, a JAR polo shirt, and access to a complimentary professional headshot during select hours (available to all attendees on a first-come basis while the headshot area is open).
In addition, registration includes two days of continental breakfast, two days of lunch, happy hour access, expo hall networking on both days, and exclusive eligibility for raffle prizes and giveaways.

For the first time, the conference will take place over two days and will combine both the annual conference and the Awards Ceremony.
All agent trainings and on-stage programming will take place on the main stage, with no breakout sessions or separate tracks. This means all attendees experience the full conference together and do not need to choose or pre-select sessions.
Conference programming will take place all day on Monday, May 4, and continue through Tuesday, May 5, until approximately 2:30 PM, when the Awards Ceremony will begin. The event will conclude with a happy hour following the awards.

Yes. A discounted room block is available at Horseshoe Las Vegas, with a limited number of rooms offered at the special conference rate.
Once you register and purchase your conference ticket, booking details and the room block link will be included in your registration confirmation email. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come basis.

The recommended dress code for the conference is business casual.
Professional headshots will be offered during the event, so attendees are encouraged to dress accordingly. The Awards Ceremony will take place on the second day of the conference, and attendees may choose to dress more formally for that portion of the event if desired. At a minimum, business casual attire is appropriate throughout the conference.
